Founded in Chattanooga, Tennessee, KetchBQ is a product of the genius entrepreneur, Greg King. In his routine interfusing of Ketchup and barbecue sauce the idea began; a timeless combination with the catchy name to match, KetchBQ was born.
The rationale for KetchBQ was simple: We all know BBQ sauce is too unwieldy. Always pouring either too slowly or too quickly out of wide-mouthed glass bottles, it cannot compete with the convenience offered by the purveyors of Ketchup. It needs to be on a level playing field. It needs to be squirtable. But more than that—for those of us who want both—it needs to be accompanied by its rival and friend, Ketchup.
As all Americans know, Ketchup reigns supreme in the kingdom of sauce. However, in Australia this is not the case. Down under, barbecue sauce is king. Greg quickly realized that the juxtaposition of Australia and America could form the basis for a captivating brand identity. Motivated by his revolutionary idea Greg assembled a team of brilliant, like-minded young men with a passion for the sauce. Daniel King, Zane Penman, Samuel King, and Landon Asscherick made one Australian and three Americans eager to dominate the condiment industry with no remorse.
Here’s the product we’ve developed. Our superior bottling technique enables our signature sauce combination to flow from a dual-chambered squirtable bottle, delivering two pure streams of delicious scarlet ketchup and smoky rich BBQ. While the sauce industry has remained stagnate for decades, KetchBQ offers cutting-edge bottling technology, a captivating brand identity, and a notorious sauce combo that is sure to have our product flying off the shelves.
